despite what he can and cant be yes he's a great and good guy

but a CAR title....this is a little more serious...idk the situation but i'd file for a lost title NOW.
Owning a small time company and shipping many parts i know the pain it is to ship a part...a whole 10-40min. And something like a title....how do you NOT get a tracking number? not to mention thats something so small and easy to ship

I do not swing off the nuts of anyone that has done wrong to another member.
even SSStang who I've converated with many times and we are cool I will expose when he's wrong ESPECIALLY about something serious like this...

hopefully this gets resolved but still none the less wrong has been done for probably one of the most expensive things sold on here....and members take it lightly even a mod...pft...just goes to show you its all about where you stand..

Well if i was you, and didn't have the title, i'd say fuck it and drive it until i got the title. But thats just me. I remember my car sat for 4 days before i could get plates, and i HAD to drive it EVERYDAY.

it was 2 months before he even shipped the title as he said, and for some odd reason that is resonable to you guys? 2 month? if he shipped it 2 weeks after i bought the car and i had to wait a month for it no so bad but he shipped it 2 months after and im waiting 2 weeks now, and imo the holidays are no excuse unless your talking about halloween because thats when it should have been shipped

did he have the title in hand at the time of the sale?

if the car wasnt paid for he would of had to pay it off for the bank to release the title to him and no tellin how long that takes

see unfortunetly me and very few are actually seeing your point...
this is a HUGE ordeal IMO this a car! if you should get pulled over driving it...it could even look like you stole it....the trouble that would bring

but hey its ok its just holiday issues

both sides are to blame. Faon should've never bought the car without seeing the title and even if money was owed to a bank or credit union. You could have went there and paid off what ever was left and give the difference to Drgnracing and life would have been good. Drgnracing is also to blame if its been two months and you still haven't shipped it. I understand life is crazy but i mean they have automated machines at the post office and ups does pick up nowadays. IMHO , i would return the car.

try having ups come pick something up 100 miles out in the middle of nowhere. have them come out to a locations that once your off the highway still takes you over 2.5 hours of nothing but dirt/mud roads

The ball was definitely dropped on this, but Steve admitted to that.

Yes, it sucks, but this does not make Steve a liar or a cheat. It makes him someone who made a mistake.

I'm not saying 2 months is reasonable faon. It's not. But at least Steve has manned up and admitted his mistake, and is continuing to work with you to make this right.

You have been admirably patient, faon, but I have also known Steve to be an honest and good guy to deal with, and I can tell you that he has had a lot on his plate recently. I know that's no excuse, but sometimes life happens. I can assure you this didn't happen because he doesn't care, and he will make it right.

I know that Steve works out of town for long periods of time, so if the title was at his house, it would be hard for him to ship.

Hehe, just in time for it to be gone huh 2000 mustang gt 485 rwhp, low 11's in the 1/4 mile I had a friend who was somewhat interested, but weather and whatnot, winter just isn't a good time to go check this kind of car out, and now for 15k he wont do it.
