Drgnracin72 a fraud?

so i bought a mustang from drgnracin72 2 months and 10 days ago on oct 26and paid him in full, and i have yet to recive the title and i cannot express to anyone how much it sucks to have a car in your drive way that you cannot reg, and its not even your fault nor can i express how tired i am of hearing im busy with work ill ship it when i can and so forth, and now he says he shipped the title usps a couple days before x mas that means that would be 9 working days for the post office and still no title....hmmmm and you know i think if i made someone wait 2 months and 10 days for a title to a car they bought in FULL i would atleast overnight it or at the very least get a tracking number, needless to say i think that i have been to nice and to patient with him and i am going to get a lawyer if the title is not in my hands by friday or i am not paid back in full for what i paid for the car and parts and labor i have put on it, bobby

yep, im a fraud. ive told you multiple times, it was sent a couple weeks ago usps. and i am sorry, just like i told you about it taking so long to ship. i dropped the ball, but it has been shipped.

DUPLICATE CERTIFICATE OF TITLE

A duplicate Certificate of Title is issued in the event the Certificate of Title has been lost, destroyed or mutilated.

To obtain a duplicate title, you must submit a completed Application for Duplicate Certificate of Title * to any designated County Official. If you are uncertain of the location of a title issuing office, refer to the Motor Vehicle Offices.

All person(s) whose name(s) appear on the face of the title must sign the completed application. The exception to this is a title that is held by husband and wife, in which case either, acting as agent for the other, may sign the application. A lienholder may also make application for a duplicate title. All signatures must be notarized .

The fee for a duplicate Certificate of Title is $14.00. Please contact the designated County Official where the application for duplicate title is submitted for information regarding acceptable methods of payment.

Questions regarding Duplicate Certificates of Title may be addressed to Email or by contacting this office at (402) 471-3918.

whiteboy thank you...... i sent faon a message not 30 mintes ago, that if does not recieve it within a couple days, i will submit an application to get another title for a lost or damaged title. i have been nothing but upfront about this the whole time. yes i dragged my feet, yes ive been working my ass off. ive had 6 days off (where ive been home) in the last 3.5 months. im sorry its takin long, and im sorry for me taking so long, but i cannot control whats happened to it once its out of my hands.

I dont think someone with Drgnracin72's rep and time here on this board would rip someone off like this. Atleast he is admitting to slackin when it comes to getting you the title. Thats more than some people do when they dont hold their end of the bargin (ex V6Power). As long as he takes the steps to correct it, then your good to go man.
