bad deal

so about 2 weeks ago i bought a battery relocation kit from a member on here. well i paid him the money and he sent it to me but when i received it the positive cable that was pictured wasnt included in this "kit". now i tried to be reasonable and ask him why it wasnt included and he said he purposely didnt include it. well i then asked him why he didnt include it since it was pictured and this was a "kit". kit of course meaning ready to go and not needing any other materials. well he told me (and im paraphrasing this) "to sod off" and that i can just go buy some cable. well this annoyed me quite a bit since the 20ish ft of positive cable is about 30-40 bucks and should have been included. so i then told him that i wanted my money back for this not so complete "kit" and i havent gotten a response to that, so i want all of you to know that you probably shouldnt buy anything from cobrak1ll3r.

If he refuses to refund and refuses to contact, you can file a claim with Paypal. Hopefully you did paypal. That will get your money back to you, even if you can not get him to contact you, they will find him.

I say file it regardless. He got word of a refund then disappers for days? Just file it... I mean either way it results in a refund. He does it or Paypal makes him.. one way or the other.

I had a similar issue on ebay. Tried contacting the seller but after the first convo, I filed b/c I could see it was getting nowhere. Paypal refunded it, and I got to keep the product.
