he ripped me off for a tuner but paypal refunded money and there is now a thread over in the corral that he is back in action....beware of this guy....his paypal acct name is john adams or john richards....and he asks for money as gift so beware,,,he also has email dgaviolac@hotmail.com....he trolls thewtb threads then gets pics off google

Well after looking at my cc statements and checking my paypal account paypal did not refund my money. However he has paid back the money I sent him. He has made it right and my wife and kids are a bit happier with a slightly fuller fridge

He sent me a text after I called just to see who he was--- as soon as i called he sent back "whats your paypalk and how much do I owe you?" lol I thought about telling him and just throwing out 500 bucks lol oh well

Ya... Those guys in the corral are relentless. They called his mom and dad. And more than one of them did. The tactics worked and he sent an echeck thru paypal. Is there any way he can cancel that on me before I get it. It would suck to get screwed twice. He seems to be trying to make ammends tho so he can't be all bad

Just be aware Everett that an echeck thru Paypal can take up to 5 business days to clear. I've sold parts before and been paid that way but it is not nearly instant like regular payments.
