spark plugs


Anyone have trouble removing spark plugs on a 05 up gt?

you shouldn't really need to yet unless you have a hell of a lot of miles on the car since 05 or your blown/nitrous.

I am adding a s/charger . The plugs will barely move and feels like the head threads are going to come out. Tried em' cold/warm engine same results. Any suggestions?

Well I wouldn't try and force them for one. if they are OE plugs I remember a few people having this issue on the newer mustangs.

the best advice I can give you is to apply steady pressure instead of just regular cranking at it.. kind of like using a TQ wrench.

Thanks...I never ran into this problem ever on any engine...maybe a little penetrating oil will help....
