Stewie88
Well i kinda let this go on a little too long as i've had lots of things going on and just havent been on the computer like i usually am. He was supposed to purchase some subs from me, we were pm'ing back and forth and he agreed to give me 200 shipped for my 2 jl subs and the ported box ( a heck of a deal since i paid 80 bucks alone for the shipping) So i shipped the subs to him around the begininng of august and he recieved them the 10th. He told me that the box the subs were shipped in was beat up but the subs and the box were ok and he was filing a insurance claim since i had them insured. Then he goes on to tell me that the subs didnt work (which worked perfectly before i sent them, i wouldnt freaking spend 80 shipping for some d@mn junk) So he says hes going to take them to a professional audio shop to see whats up with them so i told him to do so. Days go by he says hes too busy to get around to it which i could understand. Weeks go by as i continue to pm him on the status of the subs and just tells me the same story, and two weeks ago he just says he doesnt know if hes gonna use the box or not and that he'd give me 100 bucks for it, i replyed(which ive had no reply to yet) and just told him to send me 125 bucks for them as im VERY upset with the whole situation. Ill be headed for USAF bootcamp soon and i just want to get this resolved, as moneys tight for me and i want to enjoy my time home!!! Sorry for my long rant i just had to vent. i think ive just been screwed

No man it's just a general term, a branch-to-branch thing. My dad was Army SF and he was the best person I've ever known, but I'm a Marine. I've got to say that.

hes bluffing. And police academy isn't law school. He is full of shit about private selling as any verbal or otherwise agreement would be held up in a court of law. He committed fraud and thats a felony. That is enough to discharge from military or the so-called police academy. Just takes a little time and patients but go forward on this, dont let the shit bag leach get away with it. If you got any of the pm's where he agreed thats all you will need. You can file a complaint in your district also and make him do some traveling or he would get a lean put on him. I would personally get his ip tracked and his addy and go kick his face in.
