Second we will post up in PM's Erin's location for the bar b q. : ) There is no way I want that address just out there. I have the log on names listed and we'll get er done along with the food distribution (assigned to bring) or $$ and the menu finalized and firmed up 2 weeks prior to the event.

Last lived in Mosinee which is near Wausau.

I order fresh curds from Mauston, WI. Carr Valley cheese.

Squeaky curds are fresh cheeses like cheddar and mozzarella if I'm correct?? Not aged cheese like we buy in the store here...you know...2 states away lol
