So i thought id check it out while im home. Probobly wont run the car but it would be nice to. Anyone else plan on going within the next two weeks??

I was beating on Eleanor last night pretty hard and after a few country road hard launch + pass runs I started smelling clutch. Might not be able to participate at GLD as I'm going to try my best to limp this clutch through the rest of the summer and do my motor build & the clutch work all in one span.

I will however be the photographer and bring Glenn, my brother, Steve (blutooth) and a few others should you decide to go.

Test and tune week nights are a blast there, hint hint.

Ohwell what days are the test and tune? What exactly does that consist of too? I have to practice launches and shifting some more before I'll be ready I think

That's the point of the T&T nights.. Get out there run your car, get a feel for launching and make adjustments while it doesn't count for anything but yourself.

If your feeling good, put together a grudge race and pair up against your buddies and see how you fair..

They are resurfacing the track this week so I believe they are closed all week.

Tuesay and wednesday nights are open T&T nights for the most part up there..

i live 15 minutes from gld, i want to get my lower control arms(tomorrow) in before i drag again my 60' was 2.28 lol
i got a couple buddies in my town that have cobras that are always down for the track
