Anyone going to Houston Raceway Park Friday or this weekend?

checking to see who was coming out to play.

Changed a few things on the E-Force car, so we are hoping for some 9's this weekend before heading to Columbus, Oh. for the NMRA race.

small items:
Rear Shocks, front struts and springs. I also changed out the brakes as they were getting old and "dragging" a bit.

Which shocks/struts/springs and brakes did you go to...

Which shocks/struts/springs and brakes did you go to...

I changed the rear shocks to Afco's, and the springs to a lighter set.
The Front brakes have always been Strange, but we were killing rotors and pads due to the weight of the car, so we changed to some different rotors and pads for Track use.

I'm just down the road in Channelview. Getting off at 3:30. DR's are on the car and the clutch is still a turd. But hey that has never stopped me before!!!

Damn rain messed it all up

well, On my First pass attempt, it snapped something in the trans. We got it back to the shop and Found a broken input shaft.

More bad news. A Friend who went with us wrecked his car on the way home due to the rain.

the E-Force car is getting a new input shaft, and some minor upgrades to the trans again, but it'll be back out on Sunday for the 1/8 Mile bracket races on Sunday.

Big Thanks to Circle D transmissions for the Quick Work. They are getting the Trans taken care of for us, but it won't be done till Monday but we'll still be able to make the Columbus, Ohio NMRA race.
