Dayton Area help
Live in the Dayton Ohio area and wondering if anybody had any suggestions on places to get a set of gears put in the rear. I am thinking of getting a set of 3.73 gears but not sure where to go to get them put in that is not a complete fortune.
I talked to a local Ford dealer around here and thought that by telling them I used to be a mechanic for Ford (which I was) they would not treat me like I was an idiot. Unfortunantely I was wrong and they acted like they did not even want to do the job and then gave some completly crazy price. I got an 09 GT if it makes any difference. Thanks for any help. |

Got a couple from other forums I saw and a guy at work. Bell Brook Automotive and Jack Hohl Auto Anybody heard or used them before? Thanks |

I saw them but was not sure they did rear end work. Looked like it was mostly engine stuff.
I ended up calling Jack Hohl ,actually I called both and Bellbrook they don't do gears anymore and refered me to Jack. He only wants like $300 lbor to install them. $600 if he gets the gears an all. That seems like a pretty good price but I might give Dayton performance a call as well. Thanks |

i had mine done for 400, which included gears, new clutches, and all the labor. dayton performance pretty much does everything
