procharged--I've heard good things about hi tech...in fact, when I started this thread, a dyno day at hi tech was what I had in mind. Either way, I believe this is where I will be taking my 95 later this summer.

Hi tech does seam like a good shop, would be a good place to get on the dyno, I have tried dealing with them before about doing some work, and they are way high on price. JMO... The other thing is that they use diablo tuners, don't use SCT, so if you want to go there and get some tune work done, you have to have, or buy a diablo..
One other thing, they seam some what arrogant.. They have a video online of "stupid questions".. Not the best impression in my opinion.... |

DB Performance: fairly priced, knowledgeable, easy to work with, flexible, and they use SCT software.

I can't go to car craft, I'll be in Brainerd for the Power Cruise on July 23rd.

I'll prob do that next year. I was totally on the fence as to what todo this year. (Whomever was the event cordinator for PC & CC didn't do their homework to plan it on the same weekend.) It sounded good (PC) but im awaiting year 1 reviews before I make a trek north.

^That's what I was thinking. I don't know if I'll run the stang up there or not tho. one of my rear axel seals is weeping a bit and my throwout bearing has started to chirp, which is more annoying than anything. Still shifts smooth and I have no slippage or anything.
And the main reason I chose power cruise over car craft was that I don't know if the power cruise will be an annual thing. Its only in 3 or 4 states this year as they are from Australia, so I don't want to risk missing it this year and have it be several years before they come back! I did make it to back to the 50s this weekend. Awesome turnout in spite of the bad weather. The Power Cruise guys actually had a booth and a few of their cars there. Gup's green machine was lookin bad ass. Pretty awesome!!
