looks like ill be moving to derby kansas in december, who all is in the area?

not sure where that is a 100% but i am in manhattan, nothing ever going on here... no performance shops withing 2 hours of where i live, but i think witchita and KC have a few!

Hey I just looked up Wichita and I live in derby! Few things... Derby cops are total pricks, don't speed. Period. Lol. Wichita cops are super chill and there is a huuuge car group, hmu at 316-308-4564 and u can cruise up with me. There are 2dyno shops in town, Wichita dyno and SRE. Both do great work, I'm excited! Welcome to the wichita area!

Wichita Dyno tuned my Stroked 01 and did a pretty good job, Kansas internation Drag (KID) is pretty awesome, they have several test and tune nights. Theres also a car club that holds alot of shows/races there at the track. Not sure how old ya are, last i knew this group was full of early 20 year old people. (im 21)...

This spring we should hit up the track, take the kids and let the wives watch the kids while we race

I have yet to take my wife to the track with me and she CONSTANTLY begs me to take her. I just dont wanna take the kiddo's to the track cause the loudness usually. haha

I live next to McConnell off rock and 39th and I'm down to cruise or do whatever I still need to get some times for my car I'm the spring =]. I'm 18 and in college though so im home till the 15th of January then back to salina, KS. Congrats on both of you two having families! I'm pretty sure i know where glen hills is, how come you moved?

Yep, his names chris. It's got Magnaflow o/r x with Magnaflow cat back... Pretty nice little car. One of my best friends died in a car wreck and that was his car. Luckily chris bought it so it's still around me. Heath drives the yellow Roush and goes to some auto class.

I have a cousin who lives in Kansas along with most of my family(a few in wichita) who had a black 01 gt but he got rid of it and is now driving an eclipse *sigh* one of these days maybe next summer I might make a trip out there to visit family, any mustang enthusiats down for meeting up??

Quite a few, and I would. There is a big crowd of guys around here, usually 50 or so every Friday and Saturday night but that includes only about 8 of which are stangs

moved just to get away from southwest kansas, i've lived in ingalls/dodge city my whole life and its lame as fuck over there, absolutely no opportunity unless you wanna work at the packing plant the rest of your life

my mom got a job out at the kansas star casino so we decided to move with her and help her out on bills and stuff, only problem is now i need a job lol figured itd be easier than it is but i guess ive only been here 3 weeks, and everyone says they are hiring after the holidays

so we'll see, bad time to move i suppose

Ahh not a fan of dodge city at all :/! And really? I had 2 jobs all through high school =P. idk how far you are willing to drive but north of derby at rock and central they are building a chick fil a, idk what kind of job r u lookin for?

That roush is a 2001 roush stage 2 (n/a 4.6L 5 speed) Thing scoots for a stock car.... and it sounds MEAN!

Chris always wants a new car. He said even if he gets another car he's gonna keep the mustang. He wants to get another car and then clean the gt up to make it more of a show car. i've offered in the past to buy it from him, but he never wants to sell it lol.
