MRT hood struts group buy

LACK OF INTEREST FORCES ME TO CLOSE THIS GROUP BUY SORRY TO THOSE THAT SIGNED UP (2). If you want any MRT parts let me know via PM and I'll get you a great deal.

I can get a great deal on MRT hood struts but to make it worth while I would need 10 orders. They have them for Foxbody's all the way to 2012's.

Let me know in this thread whose interested.

BTW Our cost for a pair would be stock hoods $85 shipped OR fiberglass hoods $90 shipped!

If you're not familiar with them they require NO DRILLING and bolt on easily. Say goodbye to that ugly prop rod!

I have seen these in person and am excited to get a set for my Cobra.

This price is only good if we have 10 people so I'm going to ask everyone to please PM me their year and hood make if and only if you are 100% in.

Once we get to 10 I will send a PM to everyone asking for their Paypal address so I can send an invoice.

Let me know guys!

Those are cool but I think 90 is a little high for the fiberglass ones. Thats really not any cheaper than the ones on AM.

Guys don't confuse these MRT kits for the Redline kits. Redline you have to drill into your car. MRT is a bolt on kit.
This price is shipped and the fiberglass hood kit is more money from MRT that's why they're $90 instead of $85.
You won't find these cheaper online.

When we get to 10 I'll need all interested to PM me 3 things.
1. Year of car
2. Stock or aftermarket hood (if lighter)
3. Paypal address to send an invoice.

What does the weight have to do anything with the hood strut? Or whether it's stock or aftermarket?

^ +1

I am interested, but say if I have a stock hood now, and will be getting an aftermarket one later, I can still use it right? as long as its light I assume.

If the hood is lighter than stock the regular struts are to stiff and MRT says it will crack the hood.

No problem. At this rate I don't think we'll get 10 people...
Although it is a good price, maybe if the price was lower it would gather more interest.

Actually Cervini is lighter and you would need the lighter shocks.
