I was driving yesterday doin 70 and some dodge that was white with some blue pulled next to me. We both came to the red light and he was revvin his engine and so did i and we took off, i smoked him and stopped after 65 mph, look over and the police officer in that charger nodded and smiled

theres a undercover here in miami.. he has an 07 gt.. white with blue racing stripes.. a borla exhaust and hes supercharged...

I happen across the new chargers all the time on the highway here in Illinois. Only seen one as an unmarked all the others have been all dressed up with the typical Illinois state police advertisements and hockey stripes on the sides. Also have the new low profile led light bars. Look pretty tough too. I'll try and snap a photo next time one rolls up on me on my commute.

i think the 05 would take it. the 05 isnt exactly light but the chargers are heavy heavy!

Are you mad? A 300hp mustang isn't going to beat a 425hp 6.1 liter v8, it is pretty much obvious.

Ah the SRT.. I was thinking a factory charger. yeah if its a factory 05 vs. the SRT charger the 05 stang might have a tough time lol...

I am a cop in Virginia, and we currently have 2 '07 chargers in our department, You will see more of them soon, Dodge offered the same price to Law Enforcement for vehicle contracts, as the Ford Crown Vic. Plus Rumour is the Crown Vic is being discontinued in '08.

Unfortuneatly my Take home patrol car is a 07 Crown Vic. So Ill need 100,000
Miles before I get a new one.. unless I wreck mine.

Off topic' - Is it true that Tuners as in the Diablo Tuner is VIN locked after its initial setup? I am seeing some for sale on Ebay for 1/2 price and I want to know if they can be re-used.

yes it is true, they are vin locked but if you take it to a tuner he can reflash it and then you can use it.
