Compareing Stock 4V Heads

Are all 4V heads the same? I found a good deal on a lincoln mark VIII longblock with 4V Heads. Will these heads bolt up to a 5.4 shortblock? How are these heads different from navigator heads or 03/04 cobra heads?

porting, cams and such. bolts up if im remember correctly, idk if one has to change timing chains out for longer ones or if new chain guides are needed but someone on her shoukld know, many ppl have done swaps.

there are navi heads, fr heads, 03/04 cobra heads, standard 4v heads. all of those are c-heads. the 93-98 we dual port b-heads, those are all the same.

the intakes will not interchange. the heads will bolt up to any modular block.

b-heads flow like sewer pipes and lack velocity. Great for blower/turbo cars not so much for NA cars. C heads are all around good stuff but the number of variances to them makes them a little hard to deal with at times.
