best engine cleaning technique?

best engine cleaning technique?


i'd like to just cover the entire engine in degreaser and spray the shit out of it with a high pressure hose nozzle... lol obviously thats not such a good idea though... whats the best way to give my entire engine under the hood, and underneath the body of the car the cleaning of its life?? without messing anything up or shorting anythign out of course.. :wink

YEah thats what i did too! But make sure you dont spray with the nozzle too close to the electronics and air filter and you shouldnt detatch any thing or mess anything up!

If your going to clean it that way make sure u cover the coil packs because they are really sensitive to water.

yea i pretty much did the same thing too.. bought some degreaser sprayed everything down whipped some stuff down then just took a hose to it. Worked pretty good to
