gt tranny rebuild

I have a 97 gt 5 speed it is making some rattling noses and is overall worn out. How hard is it and what tools are needed to rebuild it? I have rebuilt motors and stuff but never tried this. Where is a good place to get a kit and a Manuel to do this.

It costs almost as much to re-build as it does to buy one that is either used in good shape, or re-built. The t-45 in my 01 cobra took a dump so I just pulled it and replaced it with a 50k mile TR-3650 for 500 bucks shipped. Re-building shouldnt be too incredibly hard, although Ive never done it. Just price it out.
