got my knob! (pic)

I was told that a shifter knob from an '05+ mustang wouldn't work on a 94-04, but i wanted to try anyway... and succeded. I didn't need to do anything to it. It just screwed right on. I love the way it looks with my new pro 5.0 short throw shifter!

hell yeah,i might have to gank your idear. hehe i was gonna go with the old school white ball from tremec. but i like that one.

I love the way it feels... It's a lot thicker than the stock 96 one. They are cheap too. I picked mine up for $15 on ebay.

I don't know for sure, but i read that it would. When i bought it they told me it would fit from 86+
