96 GT vs 64 D-code 289

So i have a 96 GT 5 speed with CAI, o/r h-pipe, flowmasters, udp, and a Hurst. My dad has a 64 1/2 D-code 289 with a C-4 automatic and it has an intake, holley double pumper, headers, full catless exhaust and then mufflers. MSD ignition, cam, and heads. Well it may not have heads and a cam but etheir way i would like to know which one would win in the quarter. My tires are 245/45/17 and his are a lot skinner. Both rear ends are stock. My weight is 175 and my dads is 325.
By the way the D-Code 289 was the most powerfull engine you could buy in the 64s and it is compairable to the A and K code Shelby 289s.

Yeah and im pretty sure i dont have headers, but i was told i do when i bought it so i was wondering if Ford Racing had Shorties for the 96. I was also wondering if they would turn a rusty color or not, because the headers i have on there are looking pretty rusty. Thanks and Let me know who would win.
