pi swap questions

Ok so i have a pi swap kit from parkway performance, it has all the gaskets and hardware neccesary for installation
http://www.parkwayperformance.com/2vheadswap.asp

And i have a few questions. I just orderd chiltons book for my car to give me step by step instructions on changing the heads. So my first question is does anyone have any tips or tricks for installing these parts? And also after i put them in will i need a computer tune? And the kit didnt come with new gears to run the cam's so will i need new gears? Or do i just use the ones on my current heads? Also how difficult is setting the timing on the 4.6 and do u have any suggestions on doing it? And with the new heads can i keep the oil fill on the right side or will i need new valve covers that will switch it to left hand fill? So any tips or suggestions on doing this will be grately appreciated. Also what kind of gains can i expect. And will i need to take the engine out to do the swap?
