Shifter arms?

Does anyone know if anyone sells different shifter arms that will bolt to a steeda tri-ax shifter?

One of my biggest problems is that the ergonomics of the Mustang are just *wrong*. If I have my body the right distance from the pedals, I can't reach the shifter, and if I position myself to reach the shifter, my legs are all crammed up too close to the pedals. I usually split the difference, and just live with lifting my shoulders to hit 5th.

If I could find a different shift lever for the triax, then I could effectively move the shifter back a few inches, and get everything perfect.

I had this EXACT issue with the chopped Hurst lever I was running:

That is the stock Ford lever and the severely chopped Hurst one I was running up untill a month or so ago. I have cut down and sewed up the shiter boot, as it was all bunched up under the Hurst one because it is soo short.

This solved my reach problem, but added travel to my shifting . I had 1.75" prior and now have probably 5.5" or so. Was worth it though to have easy reach and not twist/lean over to drive my ride.

I know that this doesn't follow your question REV, but I got the MGW w/ the orange handle and I no longer have to reach up at all!!! The 360 degrees of rotation of the handle made it nice!!! Good Luck! Too bad the triax has a bolt on handle instead of the post to slide the orange handle over it...
