Any o/r mid-pipe will add some roar to it. Just go with the one you think sounds better. Youtube clips are very helpful to listen to different exhaust setups.

I'd do an Off-Road H-Pipe.
I had a 99 GT with Borla cat-back and an Off-Road X-Pipe then I switched it to an Off-Road H and loved it. I currently have an Off-Road H-Pipe and SLP Catback on my Mach 1 and it is CRAZY loud. |

If you are looking for loud I got a 98 GT with an mac offroad h-pipe with mil eliminators running stock catback right now deep loud a$$ roar I promise you'll be pleased. If you don't like the stock I highly suggest going to the MAC catback I standby mac and love mac exhaust systems only way to go.

You have LTs. Borla stingers and what x? Sounds like you are willing to spend some coin on this. The best x/h pipe you can get is a mac pro-chamber. Its a cross between an X and a H pipe and has some of the best gains you can get out of a mid pipe. Plus they sound great.
The Off Road / non- catted will make a massive difference in sound. I have a full mac LT. catted H and dumps that is very loud. I can't imagine it without cats.
