No spark, just changed crank sensor

I am in the middle of an engine swap. i took the 2v out of my '98 gt and swapped in a 4v from a lincoln mark VIII. im using the lincoln harness, brain, and key cylinder.

Im trying to start it but im not getting any spark out of the coil packs. I got juice going into them, but no spark. I changed the coil packs, and the crank sensor but still no spark. the brain was working when the engine was pulled, so i doubt that its the problem.

also i have a male 3 prong connector with some heavy gauge wire going into it. its comming right off of the negative terminal of the battery. I cant figure out what that is supposed to go into.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

you should repost this in the four valve section they should be able to help you. this section dosen't get as much traffic.

what year is the lincoln stuff vs. your car?
