c4 swap help

I have a 2000 Mustang Gt that I have gone from the T45 5 speed to a c4 automatic. What do I do to wire in my neutral safety switch on my hurst quarter stick to my car? Do I have to do anything with the wires that were on the T45? What do I do with the wires that were on the clutch pedal? Do I need a new tune? Thanks for your help!!

The wiring to the manual has your neutral safety switch and the reverse or back up lights! Your new shifter should have instructions on where to mount the switches on the shifter. If it didnt come with switches or directions for that you might have to skip the back up lights. But you cant skip the neutral safety switch. I just used a wire connector & hooked the two leads together on the N-safety switch. That means it will start in gear though!!!! As long as you dont forget to put it in park, you cant start in gear so dont worry about it unless the wife drives it!!! I left my back-up lights unwired, Im lazy!
