I gots a block question


Ok i have been lookin for a while and cant seem to find a answer.

What is a Teksid Block, is it a company or a special kind of block.

ahh ok are they better or somen. Because most of the ones i have seen where almost twice the price of a normal 4.6 block

they are aluminum instead of cast iron. aluminum = lighter

yes all had aluminum blocks, but no last year they used the teksid blocks was 98

the windsor is lighter than the teksid i think, but the teksid was stronger

yes the teksid blocks have been put in cars and held up to over 1000HP

from what i read the windsor block is like 5 pounds lighter but will only handle about half the power
