Pulling Engine Need Advice

Hey guys. I am planning on pulling the motor from the stang this weekend. I have an engine lift and a couple friends. What advice do I need. I will be following the instructions in my chilton's manual for the majority of it. But I want to know if there are any trick or anything that I should know. I am going to strip down to the short block shortly after I remove the engine, and have a machine shop survey the damage. I'm so excited, but I want to make sure there isn't anything big I need to know first.

Make sure you have PLENTY of garage space lol. and bring in like a table or two for parts.
I like to use those dixie paper cups for the bolts and stuff, and label them witha sharpie. if youve done an engine befoe you prob know this though...

Good Luck!

make sure that you have plenty of PB blaster or maybe and propaine torch so that you can heat up bolts that are stuck. also if you dont have access to a lift the easiest way is to go ahead and pull the motor and tranny together through the top if your tranny is anything like mine. If you can unbolt it from the block then do it that way.
