f150 4.6 vs mustang 4.6 (romeo and windsor)?

im currently puttin a new motor in my car, it came out of an 03 f150 so it is a pi 4.6 motor but it is a windsor motor not a romeo like my old one.
i know a lot of the diffences in the motors but my questions are

1. should it still bolt up to the tranny fine?
2. do the heads have the same cams? since the new set is from a truck
3. does any one know why the truck motors have that monstrosity of an intake manifold? (this one is more or less me just wondering because i was thinkin about seein how it performs lol)

any body ever use the triton 4.6 or know about the differences your insight would be much appreciated

1: yes if u have a manual all you'll need is a 8 bolt fly wheel..
2 they have the same cams
3:they're big so they make low end power.. the make crap for anything over 4500!

Shouldn't be....I believe there is no difference in the bell housing bolt pattern. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

i dont see a reason why there would be either.... but then again look what ford did anyways by building a zillion different versions of this motor lol (this has got to be what the engineers probally do in there spare time) idiots i swear

thanks for the reply though
