Engine IS not turning over !!! HELPPP

My car got flooded half way to the engine, it does not turn on anymore, I tried to crank but it only clicks without starting or it’s not even turning the engine, I changed oil and it had some water to it, I took out the spark plugs out and it also had water on them, my starter is fine but my only problem now is the engine is not turning at all NOT even by hand "maybe I am doing it wrong" Does anyone have any idea what should I do???

Pull the rest of the plugs and try again. This is the wrong section btw.

Yeah, pull all the plugs out and crank it by hand to try and free it up. you probably have rust in the top of the cylinders already.

not enough info...was it running when it got flooded? there was water on the spark plugs thats not a good sign...you've probably locked up the engine...

Is your battery still good and connected. Like does it click like a dead battery would?

Yes the car was HOT, i just find out that the engine is locked up so should i rebuilt or get a new motor??

Well since the motor locked up from water, there will be pitting in the cylinders which if you dont dissassemble it right away, will be so bad that you cannot machine it out. i would recommend a new short block.
