Window Problem

My cars passenger side window, i believe has been in broken into because the window sounds n looks terrible going up and down and i took off the door panel and saw broken glass. recently right before i got tints i put my window down and i heard some stratching so i put it back up and 2 lines were stracthed into the glass. then i put tints on and the window has stratched up the tint really bad now so can anybody tell me how the window movemnt setup should look like or give me any links on how it works?
