Hey im kinda wondering about all the special edition mustangs out there. Figured maybe we could compile a list of all the special ediition new edge ponys and see how many are out there. Let the list begin!

weird, my car came with the polished factory 5 spokes that the specials came with. but i don't think they made them in bright atlantic blue. if they did, my car is extremely limited lol.

spring time ed. (rarest by far), 35th anv. (real package not just a '99 GT) & bullit are about the only real special editions that matter, IMO. cobras & mach1's dont really count as they built as many as they could sell.

cobra's and mach1's are still a special edition mustang, regardless of rarity. I see your point though, as being like the GT being a special edition of the standard mustang. thats my analogy for ya

mostly apperance (they are where the flat black stipe's on either side of the hood with the body color GT showing thru at the top come from) 01-04 style rear spoiler & side scoops ala 35th aniversary edition (cars were mid 2000 models that were avalible in the spring of 2000, hence the "springtime edition") & usually bright color's. probubly other small diffrences that I don't remember off hand. probubly about the rarest new edge (that regular folk's could buy) IMO.

I would say any new edge that is numbered is rare.
