Would You Do This Trade?

I got a guy that wants to trade me straight up for his white 1990 Notchback, 5speed, 306, motor is built, he has 100k on body, 15k on motor and about 2k on tranny... says the previous owner ran a 13.06 with it.

I only seen a few pictures, I deleted them because he didnt contact me in a few weeks but hopefully I can get more today, but it looks really clean, no rust.

My 1996 Cobra just rolled over to 100K, Leaks a bit of oil, runs good though, just exhaust, cai and wheels really....

I just wanted some opinions on if you would do it or think its good or bad for me... Thanks.

I have a hard on for the 4v motor, and its capable of so much more than a 306 is, I would keep the Cobra. I guess the better question is what do you really want the car for? Your tired 4v can probably be rebuilt, with a power adder to make alot more power and faster et's than a 306 can, but like I said I'm biased to the 4v.

I've now got both a 5.0 and a 32v.

I wouldn't do the trade, myself.

id trade you my car. Its an 87 with everything thrown on her. Im needing to go to college so ill take a hit and trade. She got around 23k invested but the rear quarter is smashed in. Not in any hurry nor am i trying to hijack a thread but just puting the line out there.
