Supercharger problems??

Hello my name is Mike im new to this, so go easy on me... I recently installed a Novi-2000 S/C on my 1997 GT.. This thing has given me nothing but trouble codes ever since ive put it on. The first code is P0172 and the second P0303 and thats all. Ive gotten this thing tuned by a local SCT tuner but it still gives me the codes.. Is this a tuning fix and is my local tuner an idiot or is this a much more complicated problem.

Car has a rough idle and it takes 3 tries to get it started but other than that the car runs fine. Car has stock injectors 19lb, going to update to 30lb. would that cure the running lean and cylinder misfire problem?

dude you need to upgrade your injectors quick, no way in hell the 19lb injectors are providing enough fuel. Hell i was maxing mine out at 300rwhp

Yes, you need to get 42# injectors, and another tuner, more qualified to do a proper job.

Another case of tuner proliferation. Matter of fact, he should have been telling you this, in addition to you getting a proper MAF meter and fuel pump, not the gerotor type that comes with the Paxton kits, and he probably blindly, and without sufficient knowledge to be called a tuner, put in. I also seriously doubt you have the correct spark plugs, nor are they gapped correctly.

Get the picture?

DO NOT GET INTO BOOST UNTIL YOU GET THE FUEL ISSUE RESOLVED!!!
i cant believe your tuner is trying to tune the car with 19 pound injectors.

more fuel!!! new tuner, yes a must!!! fuel pump, injectors, plugs and a good tune is the minimum to make them work right, then you look into the inlet tubes, fuel pressure saftey switches, larger maf, etc. your car is lucky to of lived this long!!!
