Questions about Rims and milling.

I have a set of rims for my car.
They came off of a Toyota supra and are very nice.

The bolt pattern matches up fine but the issue is with the hole in the center of the wheel. Its a few mm to small.

Would Milling the center down a little with like a dremel destroy the strength of the wheel or will it be fine?

taking a small amount off is ok. as long as you dont need to cut like 1/2 in ouch. then you would be in trouble

you could just take it somewhere and have them do it to make sure it's done 100% right.

Any serious machine shop would use a milling or lathe to bore out the center hub.
Had mine done for a different car (Mazda to Mitsu) cost $75 for all 4.
Just try and keep the lip at the edge so the center cap still snaps on. If possible, of course!

If this is for the front, just wait till Fall. Billet Specialties is bringing out a 17x4 that will clear the brakes, with no spacer!
