Opinions, stroke 2v 4.6 pi, or swap 4v aluminator??

Hey guys, my original intention with this car was to swap in an aluminator from ford racing and throw a whipple on it, although i just read an article in 5.0 Mustang & Super Fords about a twin turbo stroker build for the 2v 4.6, and now I'm not so sure if I want to deal with the headaches associated with the swap. I want a sleeper, and I want reliable power, I have another car, and a motorcycle, so it wont be a daily driver (although it is now, I love driving my stang), I want street performance, and maybe I'll take it to the strip. I've never been to a strip before but I live an hour from one, and that would be fun on a Friday night. I just got the car about a month ago, and you guys have already helped me out with an intake manifold and heater hose issue, thanks for that, here are some pics.

I know that I will need a tuner and an 03-04 cobra engine harness what else will I need with the aluminator? Ive been asking around and getting alot of, "It can be done, I know a guy who did it, but your gonna need alot more than a harness.", but few real answers.

What headaches of a 2v stroker are you referring to?

I guess I wrote that wrong, I meant that I was considering the stroker because of the headaches with swapping a 4v motor into it, not problems with a stroker 2v.

Ok that makes more sense! I would go with the 2v stroker with a power adder. We have done a few

What kind of power goals are you lookign for, let us know if we can help.

sorry for the late response, but I've been really busy, one of my main worries is the mileage on my motor and transmission. I am looking for a reliable 500 hp, and the possibility to retune and replace a pully for much more power on demand, I am not sure if this is possible, but I am trying to do the research right now. I want a really nasty sleeper, that no one would ever suspect.

Where do you live? I know of a shop in Phoenix that can steer you in the right direction. I'm probably going the aluminator route myself, with twin turbo. If you want, PM me and I can tell you who to contact.
