02 and up has an updated block NVH noise vibrations and harshness. Complaints of loud motor noise so ford beefed up the 5.4 blocks. Thicker webbing and more material in other spots.

lightnings will start to puke the rods at 450 or so give or take

main's are bigger on the 5.4 crank, wont work
