Are these heads anygood


My friends was getting rid of some Lincoln 4.6l FWD parts that he had laying around, everything was in really nice shape, among them was the 4 valve 4.6 heads. Are they worth anything?

if you can get it for free, yes. But you'll need alot more stuff if you intend on using them on a 2v.

i think to convert to a 4 valve you need the whole wiring harness and ecu

^ im pretty sure thats correct and you might need some other things as well im not sure out 2v intake will work with the 4v heads i would just get them and then sell them for whatever you can get

I think I will take your advise and sell the heads. I'm sure they could make some nice power improvements but thats better suited for someone who is rebuilding a engine. How much could I get for the heads?
