Engine Swap?

i own a 2002 and a 2000gt and since im having so many problems out of my 2000 engine i was thinking of doing a swap. im looking for another 4.6 so does anyone know if a 03-04 mach1, 99-04 cobra, or 05-06 gt motor will bolt up in my car. or if it wouldnt what modifications would i have to make for any of them to fit. thanks.

yeh they'll all fit. They're all pretty much the same engine, with a different top end...=/

well for each one of those you would need a new computer, and for the new gt motor it would take alot of work because of the spanish oak computer system, and the mach and cobra motors would take a new wiring harness also.
