would 2008 ford mustang gt 4.6 liter 3v crankshaft fits on 05 ford 4.6 liter 2v engine?

05 is the 3v engine....

^^^^ +1, and I'm pretty sure those motors used identical short blocks, if the whole things aren't the same.

i have called the dealer and YES it would fit, b/c its the same 4.6 ford engine!

05-08 I believe have the same block so cranks should be identical.
