Throttle Body Question??

I have a 2004 mach1. I was wondering if an Accufab throttle body will work on my car from a 2001 Bullit? However its a single blade which would mean i would need a small spacer prolly homemade which i have the machines for to make it work... Any suggestions to why this wont work....

From what I can see. Both of them have the oval plenum intake. So you should be ok. American Muscle has a couple of throttle bodies that work for both your 01 bullit and 03 mach 1.

yea when he first got it the upper intake on a bullit is made for a dual blad so we had to remove the center section so the blade would open up all the way but on a mach1s upper the divider is built into the entire intake so i figured putting a small spacer on it which would allow enough room for the blade to clear the divider....

will it work, yes. the stock t/b is not a restriction till you start throwing boost on it or start reving it really high. a ported stocker will suffice for a long while.
