stalls when i brake real hard

I just installed stage 2 comp cams and valve springs and it runs great until it comes to braking, if im going 55 mph and have to stop at a light i can either engine break it till first gear then put it in neutral and pump the gas, or if i use pure brakes the engine doesnt seem to find its idle and drops off and stalls, any suggestions would be great

But if you start her up and let it run it idles fine?

yea idles just fine drives just fine

i even bumped the idle up to see if that would help.. still stalled on hard braking

Sounds like you have a vacuum issue.

+1 I don't know much about those cars, but what about the IAC?

Did you get tuned for the cams? This is a fairly typical issue for no tune.
