Fuel injectors lbs question


the heavier the lbs of the fuel injector the more fuel is atomized and injected into the intake manifold correct?

Nope, the "lbs" is lbs of fuel per hour, not pressure.

No. The ECU will only inject the fuel needed. The lbs/hr rating is for max flow. Using injectors rated for a higher lbs/hr than needed will result with LESS atomization due to the larger bore.

ok my next question, the lbs of fuel per hour is actually the amount of fuel expended within an hour?? for example, if i have 30 lbs injectors, i am actually expending 30 lbs of fuel per hour of driving? and is that calculated at an idle? or at a set standard rpm? or what?
