E-Brake Replacement
So i broke the cable today when i went to pull the handle, it just freaking popped. My questions are, does the center console have clips or are there hidden bolts? Second question I already ordered a new cable today but when i bought off late model it said that i bought a left hand side? Is there a right hand?

happened to me. there is one cable from the handle to beneath the car. right after it comes out, it splits into two, one for right wheel and one for left. lets hope it was your center one that broke because thats the easiest and you dont have to thread it through a long tube. when it happened to me i could look under the handle and see where it frayed. is there any resistance at all? or is it completely loose

you gotta take out the 3 screws keeping the compartment in, to get to some other screws. also you have to unscrew teh shifter knob and remove the leather boot and stuff. I had a Hane's manual that helped a lot...except for actually getting the cable on teh handle: that is the tricky part. but as to left or right side, it is neither. there are three seperate cables and you want the front one.
