98 cobra - lowered

I bought a 98 cobra that was already lowered. I am assuming it is dropped more than 2". I have read "The Official Suspension Guide", great post.

My goal is drive-ability on the street. I want a comfortable, yet firm ride. So, I am thinking about going with frpp sping/shock set. In fact, stock would be fine as I think the cobra's sit lower than GTs anyhow, correct?

Main question is, right now, I have cc plates, tie rods are replaced, fresh bushings on the rack and steering, but when I turn sharply, the car is in a bind. I am assuming due to the drastic drop. The a-arms look like this \ / instead of /\ and are using the stock k-member and a-arms.

I would like coil overs, but really don't want to get into the expense right now and not getting it right. I just want a stock, or better than stock ride. Any suggestions?

I previously owned a 2003 cobra and loved the feel of the ride.

for good, cheap ride comfort but still decent handling id say an eibach pro-kit. im running the sportlines, which drop it even lower and are stiffer. what springs are on it currently? pics?

sport line spring rates are progressive, but the rears have a lower rate than the pro-kit
