I use the GM oil that whipple recommends in mine. Its about half the price of the ford oil.

i have a vortech v-2 blower idk how regularly i should change it... do I change it when i get my oil done as well??? thnkx 4 the answers

Well Being a V2 is it the old style? if so and being a Vortech you have your line coming from the sending unit. And a drain line going to the pan. It depends on how much you race the car. ( I change after every time I go to the track), and If your just cruising every 3 miles is fine. I use the Ford MotorCraft 5w20.

What type of supercharger is it? You can get it at any auto parts store or ford dealership. Its what I run in my Vortech YSi

lol ok its a Vortech v-2 SQ2 trim s/c... but thnks man i'll b lookin 4 tht around here!

ok so the guy I brought the car from told me he ran castrol 5w-30 in the s/c is that a smart choice should I use synthetic oil? or reg?

Dosent the Vortech tap into your engine oil line and not a seperate oil system like umi stated? If so 5w-30 should be fine. It just depends on what your eingine requires.
