V8 side exhaust magnaflow.. but not impressed any suggestions ? its a v8 RIGHT lol

so stage 3 body kit with magnaflow that comes out the side.. and not impressed with the sound :/ its mellow but yes sounds good but all other v8 mustangs i hear with flowmaster exhaust that are not side exhaust sounds SO sick! i looked up other stage 2 and 3 exhaust videos and they sound mellow like mine.. should i expect this with magnaflow ? i found a shop that will throw sum flowmaster 40 series on my stang FYI other shops like Midas or brand name shops wont put flowmaster because of my body kit and they say i need the same kind of muffler... SO the shop will put 40 series wwith 3in pipe cutom bends and set up for 350$ i think its a deal and it should sound like a V8 should! any suggestion ? ? ? ? Or comments ?
Thanks Guys!

if those cars sounded mellow. they might have just had quieter mufflers. with cats.

any O/R pipe. and any half decent muffler is going to be decently loud.

well the stangs i heard had the magnaflow exhaust with cats because that how the Shops will put it on because ther is barely room for the pipe to go all the way back because of the body kit... i liv in oregon and i thought if i put an O/R x pipe i might not pass DEQ ? maybe ill see if they can bolt on and off when i need to pass DEQ. i knw of a guy who will make 2 flowmaster 40 series fit under my car lol so i think i wanna do that because all the V8 mustangs with 40 series SOUND legit !

keep your stock mid-pipe. when emmissions comes around. put it on. when emmissions is over. take it back off.

i have flowmaster super 40. i like the sound alot.
but i also have an O/R H pipe.
because
<--- this guy dosent like the sound of an x pipe.

but if i was you i would just go on ahead and get the O/R pipe. you dont have to worry bout emmissions if you have your stocker th throw on there.

will removing my stock h mid pipe for a O/R x pipe hurt my engine or anything because i knw it will throw a code and check engine light will come on i have the 4 o2 sensors and the O/R only has spots for only 2 o2 sensor.. will check engine light being on affect anything even if i erase the code or ignore it ? SHOULD i keep stock H mid pipe and cats and just take out my mufflers ? ? its very easy because i have side exhaust and all i do is cut and dont need to wrry about making pipes out the back.
