Im getting new tires as soon as you guys can tell me the best tires for dry traction but still ok in the rain... so far i have been lookin at goodyear eagle f1 or nitto 555? any suggestions or comments on which is the best tire to get out of all the tires on the market... im looking for 285/40/zr17 to mount on my new rims....personally i love these rims and they are not to heavy can i please have some input on how you all feel on the overal look of these wheels.... the reason for getting them was because i have cobra r's now and wanted a deep dish version because no one really has them and i have never seen them befor up untill now..... please leave me some input....

i personally love the deep dish rim. I dont really cre for cobra r's. But i find looking online at pictures of other mustangs help me alot. I like to see rims on cars before i buy.
As for the tire the Eagle F1 was a tire i have had on mine and i liked it. Never used a nitto, but im sure they have good quality. I also have had BFG's KWDS 255's. And i loved them. I have Kumho's right now because they were free. And MT' DR's.

those are only 17s, I like the rim but unless you are going to drop your car it will still look like a 4x4. I like the 18s, and I personally like Michelin Pilot Sport-best tire out there, expensive BUT the best!

Well im pleased with my Nitto 555s but i have only put maybe 150 miles on them in 3 weeks! Had a blow clutch and did get it replaced until tuesday. But since then, i havent had any complaints.

I have the Eagle F1's on my saleens (285/35/18) but I had nittos on my stockers and I have to say the nittos get alot more traction but are louder...

+1 on the Michelin's. I have bridgestone pole positions... they are really good in the wet weather, and I get pretty good traction. they are a step down from the michelin, but i like them.
