from t-45 to t-3650
I have a 2000 Mustang Gt. I have replaced two t-45's. A guy is trying to sell me a t-3650 from an 03. Someone told me I have to change the crossbar and get a speedometer cable adapter. Is this true and are they interchangeable? If so, what do I need to switch them out?

they are interchangeable.
crossmember. speedo possible tailshaft ( not sure on tailshaft ) but as far as fitment it will bolt up to your 4.6
