I need some help, my stang has been running kina sluggish and after idleing like at a stop when I give it gas some smoke comes out and the fumes are real strong, so today I pulled the plugs and they where white so I swaped them out and added a new left rear O2 sensor and mil eliminator. Well its running smooth and alot better but i'm still getting the fumes and smoke, its just a matter of time before I will have to replace the plugs again. Any suggestions please.

check your coolant level.
if it is low that could be the reason that you are smoking. you might want to do a compression test as well. if it is white smoke you could have a bad head gasket.

my coolant level is good, i was told once before that if my air/fuel ratio was off it would cause it to run lean or rich and smoke unburnt fuel and that is what it smells like , its very strong if you get neer the tail pipes you eyes and nose will burn .

any check engine light??

i wouldn't advise running the car if your running super rich.

Yes my check engine light was on but its been on since I put my O/R H-pipe on and every time I trip it , it sooner or later comes back on. My list is:
MAC O/R H-Pipe
MAC Pro Dumps
Cold air intake.
The list can go on but this is all that would mess with the engine.
