camshaft & cap scoring
So i take off my camshaft girdles and inspect the cam towers, cam and girdles. There is a moderate amout of scoring on the camshaft and on the girdle. this is consistant on the passenger side on the first and second (front to back) tower caps and on the cam. there is only a very minimal amount on the actual tower where the cam sits in the head. Should i replace the caps/ girlde (whatever you want to call it, 2003 is girdle i know) or should they be fine with the new cams?
