3v engine in 2001 mustang

will this engine fit in the engine bay of my mustang. the miles on my car are really high i do not like the body style of the new mustangs but would like to have their engine as a good building platform.

karkraft sales new enignes for 3800 and was considering purchasing one later on down the road.

also my car is a auto and i would like to do a conversion to standard what transmission should i get and what else would i need.

a 4.6 block is a 4.6 block. i'm pretty sure the 3v will fit.
